Software License Return Policy

We offer a 30-day return policy for new software license purchases. You have 30 days from the date of purchase to request a return and full refund.

To be eligible for a return, the software must be deactivated, and you must permanently delete all copies of the software from your devices. You will also need to provide your order number or proof of purchase.

To initiate a return, please contact us at admin.geo@microsurvey.com. If your return is approved, your software license key will be permanently deactivated, and you will be refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.

Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items

Certain products and services are strictly non-refundable. 

We do not accept returns or issue refunds for Customer Care Packages (CCP) or software maintenance plan renewals.

We also cannot accept returns on gift cards or promotional sale items. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific purchase before completing your order.

European Union 14-Day Right of Withdrawal

If you are a consumer based in the European Union, you generally have the right to cancel your order within 14 days without providing a justification.

Digital Content Exemption: Please note that by purchasing digital content (such as software licenses) and consenting to immediate delivery or download at checkout, you expressly waive your 14-day right of withdrawal.

For non-exempt purchases, you may exercise your withdrawal right by using the "Withdraw from contract here" link in our website footer or by contacting admin.geo@microsurvey.com.
